Historical Post June 22, 2015:

Hello and welcome to my site!  I am so happy you have decided to join me on my online blogging adventure.  I figured I would do an introduction posting but then follow up with an about section on my blog as time allows me to construct the site.

I’m JulieAnn.  I was born and raised in a small coastal town in Oregon.  I am the eldest of three daughters to a wonderful police officer/fight fighter father, and a mother who had a clerical background and one of the kindest hearts you could ever find.

I am 41, and the mother of one daughter who is now almost 18, and in addition to my child, I have three beautiful children from my second marriage that are step by marriage, but all mine by love.  I have been divorced twice, every girls dream right, and have been part of the dating world for about three years now.

My plan with this blog is to start with a basic site that will cover many topics, eventually breaking out into subsections and other blogs.  You see, I wish to write a book and share the details of different situations in my life that were not only trying, but very teaching.  I hope that my thoughts on these matters will help people find the solace they need to move through hard times in their lives.  I am eternally grateful for these teachings, and very humbled by the gifts life has brought me.

I also hope to share some other fun stories, antidotes, recipes and results of them, product reviews, NFL football and fantasy football thoughts,  dog/puppy pics and stories and DIY projects I do during my home improvement remodel. I live vicariously through my kids, who are not only entertaining but introduce me to a whole new world I never knew before. I will likely share a lot of funny things my kids either do or share with me.  They keep me young!

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions regarding anything I post.  I’m happy to answer and look forward to your feedback as I start this journey with you.
